Delete Account

If you would like to permanently delete your Workplace Coach account and all associated data, you can do so by submitting a request to our support team.

What happens when I delete my account?

Important: You must send the email from the address associated with your account to verify your identity.

Open Default Email App

Prefer to send it manually?

Send an email to: workplace.coach@infodoor.ca

With the subject:

Account Deletion Request

And the message:

Hello, I would like to request that my Workplace Coach account and all associated data be permanently deleted. The email address associated with my account is: [Your Email] Thank you.
